How it works:

You will receive a Ball Kit containing 2lb, 1lb, 6oz, 5oz, 4oz, 2oz balls (the junior participants do not use the heavier balls), a draw string back pack and velo sock.

Arm Care and Velo Program Certified instructor, coach Frank Fascia, along with instructor Dawson Fascia will run 9 weeks of training, three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The program will cost $300 + HST and include 27 sessions and the ball kit will cost $105 + HST for participants of the program.
