Arm Care and Velo Program Certified instructor, coach Frank Fascia, along with instructor Aidan Murphy will run 8 weeks of training, three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Missed sessions will need to be made up on the participants own time, and can be completed during drop-in hours at Upper Deck. The program will begin with testing on November 4th.
The program will cost $300 + HST and include 27 sessions and the ball kit will cost $125 + HST for participants of the program.

Junior UD VeloCity (11-13 yr olds on a modified program) will consist of:
